Josh Pruno is one of those individuals that God sees fit to bring into your life for some reason, whether it be for them to help you or for you to help them, an unknown reason but one to be thankful for. He's someone I met through a friend, online, 3 years ago. I was working with a songwriter who used to host songwriter's Wednesday nights at Fuel, a venue in downtown Nashville. I used to host the online chat for the live streaming video of each performance and promote websites, background info, etc. Josh was asked to play one night and I was so blown away by his performance and the song he sang for his wife and kids that I actually lost track of what I was doing and totally stopped hosting the chat for about 20 min.
Josh is a family man, more dedicated and loving than most men I've ever met. His entire world is his family, especially his wife, Brooke and their two little boys. He treats his mama like everyone should treat their mama and that's something that's so special about him. He's just a great guy all the way around and I've been lucky enough to keep this friendship even though my friendship with the other songwriter fell by the wayside a couple of years ago
Josh has been writing with the guys that make up Tim McGraw's "Dancehall Doctors" and after 3 years of hard work, sweat and pure dedication, Josh is ready to release his debut CD in January. His first single, "Happy Father's Day (Big Brother)" has been sent to country radio and has received airplay on several stations along with great reviews. He is on his way up in the music industry with HUGE things coming down the proverbial pipe and it's been a long time coming and more than deserved.
