MUSIC CITY SONG COMPANY, SHARP OBJECTS, LAUNCHES BNG MUSIC GROUP SIGNS SAMANTHA STROH AS FLAGSHIP ARTIST

NASHVILLE, Tennessee (May 24, 2011)—Kenneth Johnson, CEO, Sharp Objects Entertainment and Ray Bruce, President are pleased to announce a new endeavor and the introduction of one of country music’s most promising female vocalists. Sharp Objects, a premiere Music City song plugging and artist/songwriter development company, has segued its musical direction to launch BNG Music Group,a division of Sharp Objects Entertainment.  An organization with a direct-connect to great music and talented young songwriters, BNG Music Group was formed as an outlet to present music for all tastes to the masses.


BNG Music Group makes its entry as an imprint label with a newly signed artist; singer/songwriter,Samantha Stroh has inked a recording and publishing deal as the independent label’s flagship artist.

Stroh, who is a native of Georgia, was the State Winner of the Texaco Country Showdown (2009).  A writer and performer since before she was a teenager, Samantha has shared the stage with many a headlining act including The Band Perry, Montgomery Gentry and more. Infusing the sounds of her musical heroes (Hank Williams Sr., Dixie Chicks, Alan Jackson, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Bruce Springsteen), Samantha’s music has a familiar traditional sound with a sparkling flavor. She is currently in the song selection and writing process to collect an assortment of tunes to appear on her debut record (her first national recording)--anticipated in the fall.  The project will feature Samantha Stroh writes and co-writes.
