ABOUT WYNONNA - www.wynonna.com
Wynonna's career has always revolvedaround telling stories. Whether she's using her rich, commanding voice to sing one of her countless hits or sitting down for a bold, honest appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show, Wynonna always gets her point across with unflinching honesty and wisdom gained over the course of her very public life. In short, she's not one to shy away from speaking her mind, and that's what makes her latest ventures in the worlds of literature and television so intriguing.
A five-time GRAMMY winner, Wynonna is also a New York Times bestselling author thanks to her candid 2005 memoir Coming Home to Myself. Now she expands into fiction with her stirring new book, Restless Heart. Drawing on her nearly 30 years experience as a country music megastar, Wynonna's debut novel tells the story of young Kentucky native and aspiring country singer Destiny Hart. The story unfolds as Destiny wins the Kentucky Idol talent competition and makes the move to Nashville, only to face rejection and a struggle to pay the bills. Destiny's big break finally comes, and her dizzying rise to stardom leads her on a path of self-discovery grappling with love, loss, success, and surrender. Overcoming obstacles is a recurring theme in Wynonna's work, and that triumphant outlook shows up on every page of Restless Heart.
Wynonna is also recording her eighth studio album due out later this year. It's just the latest in a string of hit albums that started with her quintuple platinum 1992 solo debut, Wynonna. That set spawned four number one hits and was the bestselling country album ever by a female artist at that time. In 1994, Wynonna received the coveted Top Female Vocalist of the Year trophy at the ACM Awards, and Rolling Stone called her "the greatest female country singer since Patsy Cline." Engaging the soulful, bluesy side of her voice only hinted at with The Judds, Wynonna went on to sell more than 10 million albums and reach new creative heights with six chart toppers of her own. Now, with her novel Restless Heart hitting stores and The Judds docu-series set to hit the airwaves in late March, you can bet Wynonna's fans will be watching very closely as she writes this next chapter of her legendary career.
ABOUT THE BAND PERRY - www.thebandperry.com
The Band Perry are nominated for five CMA awards which are, Single of the Year for "If I Die Young", Vocal Group of the Year, New Artist of the Year, Music Video of the Year for "If I Die Young" and Song of the Year for group member Kimberly Perry.
Inheriting a cross-pollinated love of country and rock & roll from their parents, The Band Perry – siblings Kimberly, Reid, and Neil Perry – say that they bleed the bright red blood of American music. The three have always felt the drive to perform and create music, sweating out the summers in Mobile, Alabama playing in any dusty roadhouse or church that would have them. Kimberly strapped on her first Gibson – and fronted her first high school band – at age 15, employing Reid, then 10, and Neil, only 8, as her roadies. Even as the three worked in different bands, the siblings would spend nights at home playing together. They knew eventually they would all take the stage together and that moment came in July of 2005, when – after years of writing together – the siblings decided to join forces as one band. The Band Perry was then invited by the Coca- Cola Bottling Company to open all of the dates on their “New Faces Of Country” Tour that year.
In the summer of 2008, after spending a few years on the road honing their sound, TBP met longtime Garth Brooks manager Bob Doyle. Partnering with Bob and Josh Pegram, The Band Perry spent the fall and winter of 2008 writing in Nashville and collecting songs for their first country recording session. The new recordings caught the ears of Scott Borchetta and Jimmy Harnen, the CEO and President of Republic Nashville, signing to the new label in the summer of 2009.
ABOUT JERROD NIEMANN - www.jerrodniemannofficial.com
Jerrod Niemann is not a typical country artist, and his audacious, groundbreaking Judge Jerrod & The Hung Jury is a far cry from a typical country album. With the first track, which is a humorously hyperbolic movie trailer, and the attention grabbing lyrics of the opening song, “They Should Have Named You Cocaine,” listeners quickly realize they’re in for an extraordinary ride.
Niemann’s debut for Sea Gayle/Arista Nashville includes up tempo cuts, heartache balladry, wicked word play and a couple of cool covers, all woven together with short comedic interludes. The 20 tracks constitute a progressive, album length voyage into utterly unique territory in the country music landscape.

ABOUT LEE BRICE - www.leebrice.com
When Lee Brice first entered the country consciousness with the Top 30 hit “She Ain’t Right” in 2007, his rugged sound and raw emotion spoke for a new generation of Nashville recording artists. As followup singles “Happy Endings,” “Upper Middle Class White Trash,” and “Love Like Crazy” have doggedly climbed the charts, Brice has continued to change the landscape of country with images inspired by the Carolina backcountry where he was raised.
Not only has Brice established himself as one of the most promising new voices in country, he has proven himself as one of Nashville’s top tunesmiths, with cuts by Jason Aldean, Adam Gregory, Tim McGraw, Blake Shelton, and Garth Brooks to his credit. “More Than A Memory,” the Garth Brooks smash that became the first song in Billboard chart history to debut at #1, seems more like a dream to Brice, who names Garth as his first major musical influence.

While studying at Clemson University for a civil engineering degree, Brice spent a spring break in Nashville, checking out the town and its possibilities. He met songwriter/producer Doug Johnson, who encouraged him to move to town. With Johnson as his mentor, Brice made the decision to leave Clemson that summer and take his chances in Music City, where he sharpened his writing, played out at songwriter circles, and booked cowriting sessions with some of the top talent in town. Brice continues to work closely with Johnson, who produced the forthcoming debut album, Picture of Me, and penned the current Top 30 single “Love Like Crazy.”
ABOUT NEAL MCCOY - www.nealmccoy.com
Neal McCoy is one of the most reliable and predictable of artists. He's certainly seen his share of success in the record business, and even as that industry undergoes convulsive changes brought on by the digital revolution, McCoy, like some musical Energizer bunny, just keeps going and going. That's because, for all of his success in the record business, McCoy is, always has been, and always will be, in the entertainment business.

Early on the singer signed with Atlantic Records and was teamed with Muscle Shoals producer Barry Beckett. The album they made, No Doubt About It, yielded three Top-10 singles – including two No. 1's, "No Doubt About It" and "Wink" – and ignited McCoy's career as a recording artist. Their potent artist/producer chemistry resulted in two more best-selling collections, and the hits – "They're Playing Our Song," "For a Change," "If I Was a Drinkin' Man," "You Gotta Love That" – kept on coming.
After 9/11, McCoy was invited by USO Celebrity Head Wayne Newton to join the overseas tour. McCoy, along with stars like Jessica Simpson, Kid Rock and Shaggy, traveled to Bosnia and Italy in 2001, and the singer gained a new perspective, quickly forging a strong bond with the Las Vegas veteran. Next thing he knew he was off with Newton and the USO again, along with Drew Carey and a bevy of Dallas Cheerleaders, landing in hot spots like Iraq and Afghanistan to entertain the troops. To date, McCoy has done 13 USO tours, both domestic and overseas.
In 1995, McCoy and his wife, Melinda, established the East Texas Angel Network. Through fundraising activities, the organization has raised over five million dollars for medical treatments and related costs for children of East Texas with terminal or life-threatening diseases.
ABOUT ERIC PASLAY - www.ericpaslay.com
Texas native, Eric Paslay (Pass-Lay) started playing guitar at 15 years old. He was always surrounded by music growing up in Temple, TX (near Austin) and grew up hearing stories about his grandfather 's band - Arnold Schiller and the Moonlight Serenaders. Paslay had aspirations of being a songwriter and moved to Nashville to attend a music program at Middle Tennessee State University. During his schooling, he interned with Cal IV publishing and applied for a job in their tape room after graduation. He was denied the job because the boss feared he would stop writing songs. A few months later, Cal IV signed Eric to his publishing deal.
Eventually Paslay signed with EMI Record Nashville and penned or co-penned every song on his debut album. He currently has a songwriting cut, “Friday Night,” on Lady Antebellum’s Own The Night, as well as, the number one Jake Owen single "Barefoot Blue Jean Night” which he co-wrote with Dylan Altman and Terry Sawchuk.

ABOUT TYLER FARR - www.tylerfarr.com
Tyler Farr was born and raised in the small town of Garden City, Missouri. The singer was first introduced to country music when he spent a summer on the road with his stepfather, who played lead guitar for country icon George Jones. Farr decided to make the move to Nashville and landed a job working as a bouncer at the legendary Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge. He eventually convinced management to let him sing. For the next few years, he would play the Tootsie’s stage four nights a week, in addition to working security at the door. An avid outdoorsman, Farr found a friend in award-winning songwriter and fellow outdoorsman, Rhett Akins. Rhett had heard some of Farr’s music, and he wanted to work with him. Farr eventually landed a publishing deal with Sony ATV/Monument Publishing, and it was that connection that ultimately helped him land his recording contract on Sony Music Nashville’s BNA Records. In addition to recording and songwriting, Farr has toured extensively with Colt Ford, for whom Tyler wrote the song, “Hey Y’all,” as well as opening for Jerrod Niemann and Lee Brice in early 2011 on The Higher Education Tour. Tyler’s four-song digital album, Camouflage – EP, is available now.
