(Nashville, Tennessee...) -- Fans who patiently waited over three years for a new Montgomery Gentry album, flocked to retail and online stores last week and drove the award-winning duo's Rebels on the Run cd to a Top 10 debut on the SoundScan Country Chart.

"Man, bein' away that long, we just didn't know what to expect," said the duo's Eddie Montgomery. "Our friends kept comin' to the shows all that time, and it looks like they were ready for some new music!"
