Josh Pruno is one of those people that has really special meaning to me and if you really listen to his music, you'll see why he holds a special place in my heart. Every one of his songs reflects who he is as a person, as a writer. He's one of the few artists I've come to know personally that aren't in the business for the fame, the money or the flash. He's in it because he loves music, it's who he is. You can hear it in every word, in every note. His debut cd, "Josh Pruno", is one of my favorite "unknowns" this year. (It's available on iTunes and on his website). I've been with him since day one and here it is 4 years later, his cd is out and he's making a name for himself. I'm so proud to know him and to be able to say "I knew him when".
