FESTIVAL TICKETS:
Limited early bird pricing:
2 day ticket - GENERAL ADMISSION*: $89 
2 day ticket – GENERAL ADMISSION PIT*: $99 
Kids 5 and under are free

* General Admission is first-come-first-served in field and grandstand. Specific seats will not be reserved.
* General Admission Pit area includes the General Admission area closest to the stage on both the left and right side of the thrust.

TICKETING

What types of tickets are available and what are the prices?

Where can I purchase tickets?
To purchase online, click here. Tickets are also available for purchase by phone call (877) 4FLYTIX (877.435.9849) or the box office at Blackbaud Stadium.

Will Call Tickets:
Important Ticket Delivery Instructions: Your Tickets will be held at Will Call/Stadium Box Office. Please bring photo ID and credit card of purchase. No refunds or exchanges.

Does my child get free admission?
If your child is 5 years old or younger admittance is free.

Can tickets be refunded or exchanged?
No. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the show is canceled or postponed. No exchanges will be allowed.

Where do I find ADA information?
For ADA information, please contact the Charleston Battery Stadium at (843) 971-4625.

Do children get in free and are there kid-friendly activities available?
Children 5 and under are free, Children 6 and over will need to purchase their own ticket. More info will be coming soon regarding other kid-friendly activities at the festival.


FOOD & BEVERAGE

Can I bring water into the stadium?
Each person will be permitted to bring ONE sealed or empty water bottle into the stadium. There will be water stations to refill your empty water bottles. No other outside beverage will be permitted.

Can I bring food into the stadium?
No outside food is allowed.

How can I enjoy the food prepared by the award winning chefs listed on the website?
The gourmet meal prepared by Southern Ground Executive Chef Rusty Hamlin and other Award Winning chefs is included in the Front Porch Stage Box tickets and is only available there. Click here for more info:

What other food will be available at the festival?
At the Southern Ground Music and Food Festival we are working to provide high quality concessions with a variety of different local Charleston Vendors. Zac Brown Band Executive Chef Rusty Hamlin will also be serving up items featuring Zac and Rusty's signature recipes. Bring your appetite!


TRAVEL PACKAGES

Can I purchase tickets and hotel accommodations all at once?
Travel Packages will once again be available for the Southern Ground Music & Food Festival including accommodations at the at the Courtyard by Marriott or the Renaissance, shuttle transportation, tickets, posters, t-shirts and more! GENERAL EVENT QUESTIONS

What is the policy on re-entry?
There will be NO re-entry at this event.

Is parking available?
Yes, premier parking closest to the venue is available for $20/day and free parking is also available with free shuttle service. Click here for more info

Is tailgating OK in the shuttle and premier parking lots?
Please note that unfortunately, per local ordinance, no tailgating is allowed in any of the parking lots.

Can I bring a backpack?
Soft side backpacks are permitted. The pack dimensions can be no larger than 18.5 in. x 13 in. x 8 in. (48 cm x 34.5 cm x 20 cm). No frame backpacks are allowed.

Are lawn chairs allowed?
No, but you are welcome to bring blankets.

Are coolers allowed?
No.

Are walkie-talkies allowed?
No.

Are laser pointers permitted?
No.

Are strollers permitted?
Yes.

Are service dogs permitted?
Yes. Please leave all other pets at home.

Can I bring audio recording equipment?
No. Audio and video recording is prohibited.

Is there a lost and found?

Will there be First Aid on site?
There will be First Aid available. If you have any medical needs such as prescription refrigeration requirements, please Call Charleston Battery Stadium at (843) 971-4625.


PHOTOGRAPHY

Are cameras permitted?
Compact and cell phone cameras are permitted. All SLR Cameras (with or without removable lens) and audio/video equipment are prohibited.

How do I apply for a photo pass?
