I grew up in the exact same little water tower town that Scotty hails from - Garner, NC. I went to Garner Magnet High, although when I graduated in 1988 it was called Garner Senior High School. Several of my old friends that still live in town are friends with the McCreery's. I know every spot where this video was filmed and it's so heartwarming to see those places again in this video. Thank you Scotty for bringing attention to one of America's best and friendliest "Water Tower" towns.
