Darius Rucker will join TBS’ Conan live from Atlanta tonight, April 3. Tune in at 11 p.m. EDT/10 CDT to hear the platinum-selling country star perform his hit single “Wagon Wheel” from his upcoming album, True Believers, available beginning May 21.

True Believers is the follow-up to his chart-topping albums, Charleston, SC 1966 and Learn To Live - all releases on Capitol Records Nashville. True Believers features collaborations with Sheryl Crow, Dave Haywood, Mallary Hope, Charles Kelley, and Hillary Scott and includes his latest critically-acclaimed single, “Wagon Wheel.”

“Wagon Wheel,” written by Ketch Secor of Old Crow Medicine Show and based on a sketch by Bob Dylan, has been exploding on the Country digital singles chart with double-digit increases for the last six weeks.

Rucker recently had a childhood dream come true when he was inducted as the member of the Grand Ole Opry. His first two country albums, Learn To Live and Charleston, SC 1966, both topped the Billboard Country album chart and produced five No. 1 singles including “Come Back Song,” “This,” “Alright,” “It Won’t Be Like This For Long” and “Don’t Think I Don’t Think About It.” In 2009 Rucker was named New Artist of the Year at the CMA Awards.
