JOANNA SMITH TO MAKE OPRY DEBUT

(Nashville, Tennessee...) - RCA Nashville singer/songwriter Joanna Smith will have a life-long dream come true when she makes her Grand Ole Opry debut on Saturday, June 15, 2013.

"Playing the Opry is the biggest honor I can imagine," said an elated Joanna. "I can remember watching it on my great grandmother's tv and dreaming of the experience. It's the most hallowed stage in country music and I'm truly humbled and excited."

While she is still working on her set list for the memorable appearance, Joanna is sure to get a little crazy on the Opry stage with her new single "Girls Are Crazy." Co-written and co-produced by Joanna, the uptempo song shows another side of the multifaceted artist and is quickly making an impact at country radio.

Joanna has been on the road opening dates for Miranda Lambert and Dierks Bentley on their "Locked and Reloaded" tour, and the experience has been incredible for her. "To get to open for them is just a huge honor," shares Joanna. "To me Miranda is the ringleader of a good time for us girls!"
