Luke Combs is coming to the rescue of Eastern North Carolina flooding victims again, this time with Chase Bryant for the QDR Hurricane Relief Party. Luke is fresh off the Parmalee "Feels Like Carolina" Flood Relief Benefit which took place in Greenville, NC on November 4. We are so thankful for artists like these.
