The interactive event seeks to bring a great understanding of how publishers select the songwriters they sign and to provide a live Q&A session. During the event, three artists will be introduced, and their songs played for the professional panelists. Discover Sooner Career Members can submit a song for consideration. Learn how here.

The experienced publishers are an integral part of the music industry, helping artists and songwriters alike find success through their music.

Will Overton shared, “The thing I look forward to is having the chance to connect with new writers and hearing their stories. You really never know when or where you might meet someone that opens up a new opportunity or relationship that can help take your career to the next level!”

“Having honest feedback and understanding how the industry works are two very powerful tools needed for anyone to succeed,” expressed Katie Kerkhover.
