AXS TV puts the spotlight on the quintessential American soundtrack this 4TH of July, with a star-studded All American Country Marathon filled with in-depth artist profiles and classic concerts starting at 8 a.m. ET.
The fireworks begin with an intimate look at the incredible life and career of Country music mainstay Alan Jackson in the 2018 documentary Alan Jackson: Small Town Southern Man, featuring appearances by Jackson, Carrie Underwood, Lee Ann Womack, and Easton Corbin.
Other highlights include an insightful portrait of the “Queen Of Country Pop” told in her own words, in the acclaimed documentary Shania Twain: Not Just A Girl with Lionel Richie, Avril Lavigne, and Kelsea Ballerini; as well as an unforgettable evening with Country icon Willie Nelson, boasting appearances and performances by frequent collaborators and fellow legends such as Bob Dylan, Keith Richards, Merle Haggard, Al Green, Joe Walsh, and Jerry Lee Lewis in Willie Nelson & Friends: Outlaws & Angels; and Toby Keith takes over Soundstage to perform fan-favorites including “American Ride,” “Red Solo Cup,” “How Do You Like Me Now?!,” and “Should’ve Been A Cowboy” in Toby Keith: 35 MPH Town; and many more.
