Craig Campbell fans have been anxious for Craig to put out some new music, well now the wait is almost officially over. On September 17, 2012, his new single, "
Outta My Head" is impacting country radio and Craig's fans will be outta their heads requesting this one. I love this song, it's different from anything he's already done and shows his versatility. He shows he can take you to a different place than you've been with his music before. Granted, the story of the song is the country standard "she left me, I miss her, I'll sing about her" and has been done a million times, but there's nothing wrong with this one being number one million and one. This song has more of a contemporary feel, a style that steers slightly left of his standard traditional country sound. History shows a pattern with Craig and that's a pattern of fan demand and good music. I think he's scored both with this release.
