STEVE WARINER AND O’SHEA TOP THE CMC MUSIC VIDEO CHART IN AUSTRALIA WITH “BAD DAY GOOD”

PRESS RELEASE

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – (Oct. 30, 2014) – “Bad Day Good,” the music video from Australian country music duo O’Shea featuring Steve Wariner, has topped the Australian-based Country Music Channel (CMC)’s Top 50 Chart this week. This is the first No. 1 music video on the CMC Top 50 for Wariner and the seventh No. 1 music video for O’Shea. Wariner wrote the song with Mark and Jay O’Shea, played guitar on the single, and appeared in the music video. To view the video, click here.

“Wow! I’m thrilled that the fans in Australia have enjoyed ‘Bad Day Good,’” said Wariner. “I truly am the lucky one… getting to write, then record, with the mega-talented duo O’Shea. They keep me on my toes (and keep me smiling!), not only musically but all the way around. Mark and Jay are great people who make great music.”

In just 14 days since the video was uploaded to Facebook, “Bad Day Good” has had more than 195,000 views, more than 6,000 shares, and has inspired a new movement of random acts of kindness with the hashtag #BadDayGood.

Earlier this week (Oct. 27) in Nashville, O’Shea joined Wariner for a performance of “Bad Day Good” and the pop/rock classic “Drift Away” at Acme Feed & Seed’s The Hatchery. Wariner will perform again at Acme on Monday, Nov. 10, and tickets can be purchased at www.theacmenashville.com/calendar.
