If there were four words that couldn't ring any more true, the title of Wade Hayes' new single and CD, "Go Live Your Life", pretty much says it all. There's no being cliche about it and no exaggeration, simply truth ... a truth that Wade can personally give testimony to, having battled Stage IV colon cancer in 2011, being declared cancer free in 2012 only to have a recurrence in 2013. When it comes to living your life, there is no one that knows the truth in those words more than Wade.

The CD contains 10 tracks, 9 of which were penned by Hayes during his illness. You won't find a CD or a song more personal than "Go Live Your Life". With his rich familiar baritone twang and obvious emotion, this song will leave a lasting impression on the listener and hopefully the inspiration to stop simply existing and start living. The songs reinforces the obvious fact that so many of us choose to ignore or simply forget - life isn't a dress rehearsal, it's your final act.

Go live your life
Go chase your dreams
We've got no way of knowing what tomorrow brings
Swing for the fence
Take that chance
Don't wake up one day to see it's passed you by
Go live your life

Thank you to Wade Hayes for the reminder. Now if you'll excuse me, it's time to stop writing and time for me to get living.

"Go Live Your Life" is now available for digital download on iTunes with the physical CD available by March 12, 2015. Join Wade in celebrating ‪#‎ColonCancer Awareness Month by checking out the new album and behind-the-scenes footage at GoLiveYourLife.com.
