TOP 40 ARTIST BRADLEY GASKIN MAKES LONG-AWAITED MUSICAL RETURN WITH NEW SONG "ACCIDENTALLY DRUNK", OUT NOVEMBER 17

Co-written by Ashley McBryde and produced by Keith Stegall, song marks debut track from Gaskin’s forthcoming EP due out 2024

Bradley Gaskin (30A Life Records) stepped away from the spotlight a decade ago after reaching the Top 40 with his debut single "Mr. Bartender" and making numerous appearances on the Grand Ole Opry. He makes his long-awaited return on Nov. 17 with “Accidentally Drunk,” the first single and title track from his forthcoming Keith Stegall-produced 2024 EP.

Written by GRAMMY-winner Ashley McBryde, multi-platinum songwriter and producer Justin Ebach and Dan Smalley, “Accidentally Drunk” takes listeners with Gaskin on a country heartbreak ballad ride as he attempts to stay sober following a painful breakup.

“I believe Alan Jackson said it best… ‘doin’ what I love and loving what I do,’” says Gaskin. “Country music rattles my bones… and having a song like ‘Accidentally Drunk’ hits me just right where a country song is supposed to.”

Adds Stegall, "Singers are a dime a dozen. Exceptional artists aren’t. Make no mistake. Bradley Gaskin is an artist.”

Stegall, a former Top 40 artist himself, is perhaps best known as a hit producer for Alan Jackson, Zac Brown Band, and George Jones. Brought together by a mutual appreciation for great storytelling and songwriting, Gaskin and Stegall recently wrapped recording on the 2024 EP, joined by a number of top-tier musicians including GRAMMY-winning guitarist Brent Mason (George Strait, Shania Twain), drummer Tommy Harden (Waylon Jennings, Reba McEntire), and bassist Glenn Worf (Bob Seger, Mark Knopfler).

Though Gaskin's upcoming record will mark his first release since 2011, the country artist has built remarkable momentum by rallying his audience on social media during the intervening years. He has earned more than 237.5 million views on TikTok — a statistic unmatched by many of country music's current chart-toppers — and has continued to write new material, too, penning songs for the likes of Sammy Kershaw and GRAMMY-nominated gospel duo Jeff and Sheri Easter.
