AUSTIN WEBB SHARES SPECIAL FATHER'S DAY MEMORY
PRESS RELEASE
Nashville, TN - June 12, 2014 - Rising country star Austin Webb takes a moment to share his favorite childhood memory just in time for Father's Day!
Growing up in the tiniest of towns in South Carolina, this Williamston native spent every other weekend with his father at their favorite flea market, the Jockey Lot. Webb's father would give his sons each five dollars to spend wisely. With this fun, challenging, Saturday activity, Austin learned the true value of a dollar.
Recalling sno cones, peanuts, and antiques, this flea market was the coolest place to a nine year old! Spending years fine tuning his bargaining skills, Austin has translated this childhood game into a furnished house. Austin took to Instagram to share his latest thrift store and Goodwill finds that brought life to his new writing room!
Now every time Austin steps into his writing room, special times with his father come flying back. Great inspiration for a songwriting hit! You can listen to Austin's current single "Raise 'Em Up" HERE and hear him talk about his favorite Father's Day Memory HERE.
