Ever wanted to know what goes down when celebrities gather for dinner? Well, now you can. Later this month, country legend TG Sheppard and his better half, singer-songwriter Kelly Lang, are inviting everyone to dine at their table, giving fans the chance to see what happens, first-hand.

Today, Sheppard and Lang announced their new television program, Look Who's Coming to Dinner, a series of one-hour specials, airing later this month on Heartland, The Family Channel, The Country Network, AMG-TV, Ride TV, Country TV, and Cayman 27.

"We've invited some of our good friends to join us for these TV specials," explains Sheppard. "We wanted to give people a chance to be a 'fly on the wall,' so to speak, and to experience what goes on when we invite our celebrity friends to dinner."

The hour-long premiere episode will feature celebrity dinner guests such as country music stars Gretchen Wilson, Moe Bandy and Big & Rich's John Rich, along with Charlene Tilton of Dallas fame, Paul Shaffer, Music Director of Late Night with David Letterman, and Gus Arrendale, President of Springer Mountain Farms.

"Throughout our marriage, TG and I have hosted many parties that our celebrity friends have attended," says Lang. "Inevitably, someone breaks out in song and/or tells an incredible story that a fan would love to have heard. These specials allow someone to take a behind-the-scene peek at what these dinners are like and how celebrities interact."

The star-studded cast will speak candidly about their private lives, advice they've received from respected mentors, living in the public eye, as well as upcoming new projects.

Filming throughout the country, each special will be taped at a different location, at a famous landmark that people will recognize. The premiere episode, produced by Jeff Moseley/CJM Productions, was filmed at Nashville's Fontanel Mansion — the former home of international superstar, Barbara Mandrell.

The series is sponsored by Springer Mountain Farms. The upcoming premiere is a prelude to an ongoing series with additional episodes to be filmed in the coming months. Sheppard and Lang have signed-on to host multiple episodes.

Look Who's Coming to Dinner will air nationally and internationally beginning November 21.

COUNTRY SINGER/SONGWRITER KELLY LANG RELEASES 'THROWBACK' WITH SPECIAL GUESTS OLIVIA NEWTON-JOHN, PAUL SHAFFER AND LEE GREENWOOD

Album Accompanied by Special Nashville Show on March 29 at 3rd and Lindsley Presented by Springer Mountain Farms Chicken

Recording artist and acclaimed songwriter, Kelly Lang, will take the stage at Nashville’s 3rd and Lindsley on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 7PM to perform songs from her brand new album Throwback. The show will spotlight songs from the star-studded project, which includes guest appearances by entertainment icon Olivia Newton-John, “God Bless the U.S.A.” singer Lee Greenwood and former band leader on “Late Show with David Letterman,” Paul Shaffer. Tickets for the show are just $15 and are available in advance at www.3rdandlindsley.com and at the door. The Springer Mountain Farms Chicken sponsored show will take fans on a roller coaster ride with a very special surprise.

“In recording these, it was strictly out of honor for the artists who recorded it before. I’m trying to pass along my appreciation for these artists to future generations,” says Lang. “I heard a very interesting quote, which pretty much sums it up: ‘singing an old song is like visiting an old friend.’”

The latest album, which hits the highest and lowest of emotions, is available now on iTunes, Amazon and kellylang.net. The inspiration behind the project comes from a series of “Throwback Thursday” videos on Lang’s Facebook page, where she sings some of her favorite ‘throwback’ tunes. Listen in close, as the talented singer pours her heart out on standout tracks like “How Can You Mend a Broken Heart” featuring Olivia Newton John, who adds, “My dear friend Kelly Lang has sung some of my favorite songs on this CD and I loved singing our hero Barry Gibb's song with her!” Fans can step inside the studio with Olivia and Kelly in a behind-the-scenes video HERE. Also featured on the album is the breathtaking “Last Date,” which features “Late Night With David Letterman” band leader Paul Shaffer playing keyboard (check out behind-the-scenes footage HERE). Grammy award winning singer Lee Greenwood teams with Lang on the ballad, “It Turns Me Inside Out,” which fans can preview HERE.

The project, which was recently spotlighted on Billboard, sees Lang tackling songs originally made famous by top artists like Kenny Rogers on the track “Morning Desire.” Lang had the honor of performing at the iconic singer’s Country Music Hall of Fame induction alongside Barry Gibb of the Bee Gees. The CD also features the cut “I Can’t Help Falling In Love With You,” which was made famous by the late Elvis Presley, who was a close friend to Lang’s husband, 21-time country chart-topper T.G. Sheppard. The project was released via Leopard Entertainment and produced by Kelly Lang.

Lang is no stranger to success, getting her start in the business as the winner of the hit television show “Ed McMahon’s Star Search.” Over the years, she has also excelled as a talented songwriter, penning multiple songs for Lorrie Morgan, including tracks on upcoming albums Letting Go Slow and A Picture of Me – Greatest Hits & More. The talented singer/songwriter also wrote eight songs on T.G. Sheppard’s latest critically acclaimed album, Legendary Friends & Country Duets.

Throwback Track Listing:

1. By The Time I Get To Phoenix
2. It Turns Me Inside Out (duet with Lee Greenwood)
3. Baby Don’t Get Hooked On Me
4. Till I Can make It On My Own
5. Crying

Proudly sponsored by Springer Mountain Farms Chicken.

As a recent inductee into the North American Country Music Hall Of Fame, Kelly Lang's career continues to grow at a rapid pace. She was recently invited by Barry Gibb of the Bee Gees to perform "Islands In The Stream" in honor of Kenny Roger's, at his recent Country Music Hall Of Fame induction. Kelly and Barry also performed together at the Grand Ole Opry.

Along with balancing a busy career as a performing artist, Kelly is a highly sought after and accomplished songwriter and producer. Kelly's songs have been featured on the major motion picture screen and have been recorded by artists such as Lorrie Morgan, Jerry Lee Lewis, Crystal Gayle, George Jones, BJ Thomas, The Oak Ridge Boys, and Janie Frickie to name a few.

Kelly’s latest release “Throwback” was inspired by her “Throwback Thursday” videos on Facebook, which have garnered close to half a million views in the last year alone. Kelly’s weekly take on classic country songs have created a lasting impression on her fans that rapidly share, like and request their favorites each week. Kelly recognized the craving for classic songs and recorded “Throwback” in honor of her fans. Kelly was thrilled to have Olivia Newton-John, Lee Greenwood and Paul Shaffer from The Late Show with David Letterman, join her in the studio to record duets, which also appear on the album. Kelly will perform the entire album top to bottom and is looking forward to hearing the fans sing along to these familiar tunes.
